Yoni Shakti Yoga for Women's Wellness
Yoni Shakti - Yoga for Women's Wellness is a nourishing and rejuvenating practice dedicated to cultivating Prana Shakti, the feminine vital life-force energy within women. Expect the practices of asana (posture), mudra (hand gesture), pranayama (breath), mantra (chanting), and breast massage.
This is a six week program which takes you through every season of the menstrual cycle and gives you a yoga flow for each. It is designed to support your health and wellness and help you to forge a deep inner connection with your heart and your yoni, allowing you to receive their guidance. Weekly drop-ins are also welcome.
